WhatIfWe is a free group scheduling app. Share one link. Friends tap the days they're free. The best dates appear.
Why does WhatIfWe exist?
Every friend group has a trip it keeps almost taking. Everyone loves the idea. Then the scheduling starts. Forty messages go by. Nobody opens the spreadsheet twice. "We should do this" becomes "we should have done this." The group needs one place where nine people's free days add up.
WhatIfWe is that place. It does one job: it finds the days. It works in whole days and days in a row, a weekend or a week, because trips and parties come in that shape. It refuses, on purpose, to schedule meetings. If you need a 30-minute slot, you want a meeting tool.
What does WhatIfWe do?
One person starts a plan: a name, a rough window of dates. The plan is a link, and the link goes wherever the group already talks. Friends open it and see the plan with no account. The name, the cover photo, who's hosting. Adding their free days takes a quick sign-in with Google, phone, or email, so their name sticks to their dates. As days accumulate, the best dates appear, live for everyone. When the planner confirms the dates, each person adds them to Google Calendar in a tap or downloads an .ics file. Plans stay private to the people with the link.
